By rising people`s interest to cultivate ornamental fish at home and work place, the number of such fishes are increasing, consequently it`s necessary to maintain the fishes` health and prevent foreign infections, the most common ones, because they kill fishes in absence of control. It`s recommended to use disinfectant potassium permanganate, a great substance to kill bacteria and fungal agents. In most cases one can get fishes for long bath (minimum 4 hours) in potassium permanganate with 2mg/lit concentration.

Fish cultivators can evaluate the fishes` resistance by watching their behavior during the treatment. This is important, particularly when the treatment carried on one spice. If the fishes react, the substance shall be removed soon.   (e.g dilution with fresh water)

Since potassium permanganate will be ineffective with organic materials, thus one should increase potassium permanganate`s content in pools with other systems in which there are higher materials density. Most organisms which are treated by potassium permanganate flourish in a rich organic environment consequently, increasing sanitations influences the treatment very well.
